Hi Mavis! What a great giveaway this is — I do love the Elm Creek Quilts novels. I think my favorite is the very first one … I read it not long after I started my first quilting project and I could identify with Sarah very much. I also really enjoy the slips back into time and history that Jennifer includes in so many of the novels. I've read all but the latest. Great stories and if I'm not physically quilting, I like to be *reading* about quilting!! By the way – I really like the name of your blog — good choice! 🙂

  3. Get idea, Mavis, I have the most of the series and I think the latest one Union Quilters is enjoyable as it gives quite a history and determination of the women. Unfortunately, when I start reading I don't get much quilting done, but I am ready for a new book. Cher

Thank you for the giveaway. My favourite is the first, it's what got me started reading the series. I haven't read them all, I'm trying to read in the correct order. I enjoy reading the books because it keeps me thinking about quilting when I'm not sewing! Sarah is my favourite. I like her character and it's one of my favourite names!

Sounds like this novel is quite interesting! I can't say that I have a favourite as I have never read any of them – I have heard mention of them, but that's about it. Good luck to all in the giveaway!
